STEAK STREET TACOS

Image
These street tacos are seriously so delicious and easy to make. Although the tacos are simple, they are so flavorful and filling. I got my inspiration of this recipe from the tacos I ate while visiting Barcelona. My best friend and I found this cute little restaurant in a small alley .... and not to be dramatic but their food changed my life. We wanted to visit as many restaurants in the city as possible, but we ended up going to this place at least 3x while we were there for two weeks. Their food (especially their tacos) were so f***ing good, I swear I couldn't get enough. If you ever visit Barcelona, let me know and I'll find the name of this restaurant because you MUST go.   What I love about street tacos is that there are so many variations of it. You can use steak, chicken, or shrimp and add any type of toppings you desire. I kept these tacos very simple, but you can find more recipes on Pinterest or Google for different types.  INGREDIENTS: - corn tortillas - skirt ...

TOMATO MOZZARELLA BREAD

I love this recipe because it is so simple and easy to make, and especially great when serving multiple people. My friends and I had a family dinner night and I was in charge of making an appetizer. This recipe was perfect to make because it feeds a ton of people and all of the ingredients were not expensive to buy.  I highly recommend trying out this recipe, especially if you plan on eating with a group of people! All of my friends enjoyed and loved it and I am sure you will to! Slice the loaf of bread down the middle into two pieces. Place the two slices of bread flat onto a baking sheet and then evenly drizzle olive oil on the bread. Next, thinly slice the tomatoes and then place them onto the slices of bread. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese ev...

HEALTHY SAMOAS COOKIES

Another week, another healthy treat! I don't know about you guys, but I crave sweets all of the time. These 5 ingredient samoas cookies put a healthy spin on the traditional Girl Scout cookies. They are so easy and simple to make and taste soo good!  INGREDIENTS: - 1 ripe banana - 1/2 cup of coconut flakes  - 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract - 1/4 cup of chocolate chips - 1 tsp of coconut oil  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Smash a ripe banana in a small bowl until most of the lumps are out. Add the coconut flakes and vanilla extract, and then mix it together until it is well combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet (if you don't have parchment paper you can use aluminum paper but make sure to spray it with a cooking spray). Take a scoop of the mixture and place it on the baking sheet and then form it into a circular shape. To make them look like the girl scout samoas cookies, make a hole in the center of each cookie (I just ...
