BANANA OAT PANCAKES

I found this simple recipe on Pinterest over a year ago and have been using it ever since. INGREDIENTS: - 1 cup of quick oats - 2 ripe bananas - 2 eggs - optional: - honey - cinnamon - chocolate chips When I said this recipe is easy to make, I seriously mean it is SO easy as you just throw everything in the blender. I personally don't like the texture of quick oats, so I put the oats in the blender first til it has a consistency similar to flour. I found that the quick oats blend better without the other ingredients. Once the oats are at the consistency I want, I then add the eggs and bananas. The more ripe the bananas, the better! This is also why this recipe is perfect to use when your bananas are brown and going to become bad soon...
